Bookkeeper / Accounts Manager

Hutton & Hutton Architects & Engineers (HHAE) is currently seeking qualified persons to handle the Company bookkeeping/accounts receivable/payroll/billing. The candidates will be responsible for implementing/organizing/administering accounts information, billing software on a part-time basis. The company has designated one to two (1-2) days weekly and may increase based on the company workload.

Responsibilities:

1. Collection and data entry of accounts receivable and billings.

2. Experience running payroll (including taxes, healthcare, IRA).

3. Experience setting up direct deposit.

4. Capable of managing billing software and the ability to communicate (written and verbal) with staff/clients/consultants.

5. Manage Insurance/salary/retirement information for each employee.

6. Manage Utilities/expenses/other information.

7. Flexible Schedule is a plus.

8. Ability to manage time/expense spent on Projects with detailed reports/cost analysis.

Qualifications/Skills:

1. 5+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience with a higher education degree.

2. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written skills with a high emphasis on attention to details.

3. Proficient computer skills required, Word, Excel, and Billing Software is a must, BILLQUICK and QUICKBOOKS. The company will provide initial training to update candidate on software.

4. Positive attitude and step-process record keeping.

5. Ability to work and perform in collaborative and deadline driven environment.
